「test-value」是 tt-a1i 发布的Claude Code 技能（Skill），归入「测试与调试」分类。源码托管在 GitHub 仓库 tt-a1i/archify（87.2k 星，MIT 许可），最近更新于 2026-10-21。将技能目录复制到 ~/.claude/skills/ 即可在所有项目中使用。

作者原文描述：

Improve test value and feedback cost when auditing slow, flaky, redundant or brittle tests; choosing tests during implementation; or reviewing test changes before a commit or PR. Keep ordinary implementation and pre-commit use scoped to the affected behavior, not a repository-wide audit.
